Episode 18: What to jurors actually do? PART TWO

How does a jury actually work? What does it really do? Is it as exciting as it seems in the movies? Or is it really boring? In this two-part series, our legal team tells you what it's really like to be on a jury and how it works in the real world.

In Part Two, our dynamic duo discuss what kinds of questions juries can ask, what happens if the jury can't reach a decision, is sentencing different for a jury than the question of guilt, and can a judge change a jury's decision? You will also hear a real-life story of a jury for one of the murder trial's host Virginia Tehrani, Esq., actually handled. Join Virginia and our law student Chelsey Rogers for the second part of a fun and entertaining conversation about juries.
