Chelsey Rogers

Chelsey Rogers is currently a third-year law student at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C., and she is set to graduate in the Spring of 2023. She serves as the main legal assistant and social media coordinator for Tehrani Law, LLC, and she brings life, laughter, and energy to the firm and to her client care.
Chelsey earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Columbus State University, with minors in Business, Economic, and International Studies.

Chelsey plans to take the Bar Exam in the Summer of 2023 and looks forward to joining Tehrani Law as a full-time attorney by the end of the year. In the meantime, she works with our traffic accident victims through intake, insurance claims, and medical billing and collections. She also works as a paralegal for litigation, handling discovery responses and motions.

Like Virginia, Chelsey is a true victim’s advocate and has spent much of her career already in victim advocacy. She previously volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in foster care and as a Victim Advocate for The Sexual Assault Support Center. She worked as a student attorney with the Community Equity and Economic Development Clinic and as an intern with the D.C. Public Defender’s Office.

In addition to her legal pursuits, Chelsey loves exploring D.C. with her dog, Olive, listening to true crime podcasts, dancing, and reading.
